If you encounter problems during the installation or use of KitchenDraw, we propose several support solutions to you:
* Access to the knowledge base. This database contains the questions and answers which appeared interesting to us relating to problems of support. It will bring to you a precise and fast response to the most common problems.
* Free e-mail Support. The support requests are accessible to registered users only and are carried out in the language you choose in the registration form.
E-mail support requests about MobiScript are not accepted. You can however use our Distance Training or Remote Support service as explained below.
* Our Distance Training and Remote Support Services. We can train you to use KitchenDraw or MobiScript or help you solve problems concerning you system from afar.
